1. 1-Year Comprehensive Manufacturer Warranty
Every industrial machine purchased from Laghu Udyog India comes with a 1-Year Comprehensive Manufacturer Warranty covering:
- Free repair or replacement of manufacturing defective mechanical or electrical parts.
- Free technical guidance, video assistance, and engineer support for setup and operation.
- Doorstep technician service for critical warranty inspection.
2. Return & Inspection Policy (7 Days)
If you receive a machine or component that has been damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, you can initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
- Transit Damage / Defect: Please inspect the shipment upon arrival. If damage occurs during transit, notify us immediately with photos/videos.
- Replacement Guarantee: Defective components or damaged machinery will be repaired or replaced free of charge under our quality guarantee.
- Condition for Return: The machine must be returned with all original accessories, manual kits, and invoice provided at delivery.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full 100% refund of advance payment.
- Post-Dispatch Refund: Once machinery is dispatched, refunds for returned equipment are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection and verification at our Varanasi unit.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cheque).
